Karmay Plasitc Products (ZhuHai) Co., Ltd., a wholly subsidiary of ¡°Cosmo Machinery Enterprise Ltd. ¡°-Publicly listed in the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Having first established in ShunDe in 1995, Karmay has rapidly gain recognition and grown out of her ShunDe facility to a new location in ZhuHai where Karmay now occupies a 100 acre premise with 20,000 square metres of manufacturing floor housing 60 plus sets processing equipments such as injection moulding machines, sheet extruders, thermo formers, flex printers, and pillow wrappers. In additional to the equipments listed above, Karmay¡¯s operation is further enhanced by eight manufacturing clean rooms of various classes (300,000, 100,000 and 10,000).
Karmay is capable of processing on a monthly basis 400 tons of injection moulded parts, 100 tons of thermoformed parts and 60 tons of extrusion products.
Karmay is dedicated to serving only the food industry, the medical industry, and cosmetic industry. Karmay¡¯s main product lines are:
1. Noodle cups, jelly and yogurt cups, ice cream tubs and containers, lollypop sticks, straws and closures.
2. Medicine bottles.
3. Cosmetic containers and spray bottles.
